For my card, I am using the new release of Little Winter Bear.  He is just too cute for words and I think a perfect image to give a little one who loves bears or  teddy bears.  Someone who may need a hug or just cheering up too.  The possibilities are endless. I colored him in with Copics and to give him that fur look, I added some colorless blender to an old face cloth and dabbed it around.

 
I used some patterned paper from Basic Greys 25th and Pine collection and sewed around the edges. The image was popped up and the card was finished with some snowflakes punched out with my MS punch, some ribbon, twine, and rhinestones.
