A 10 Minute Thursday

The end of the week is almost here! Whew! With school coming to an end, there have been so many activities that I have kept me busy between my boys along with baseball and my volunteer time with the Army.  Today is one of those crazy busy days where I am needed at all of the above! I will be gone until late tonight...

So, I had about 10 minutes to make a card that was in my head for a bit. I figured with Spring, why not go bright too? :)

For this card, I used some cs from Lilly Belle Paperie  and an image from Flourishes April release set Garden gate.  The sentiment and border scallop is from SRM Stickers Fancy Sentiments birthday and Sticker Stitches.  I just love stickers... especially when needing something quick! These stickers from SRM...  Have you seen or used them? They are clear and when put on  your cardstock, practically disappear so that the design or sentiment is what you see. And those stitches are so much fun! Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

For the image, I heat embossed the image using my detail white EP and finished the card with some yummy fabulous canvas ribbon from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store and a button with some black twine.
