Happy Friday!
I don't know about you, but I am a day behind! I keep thinking today is Thursday. But I am not complaining that it is Fri-yay!
Today is also a new YNS Friday challenge. The theme is Ombre. With all the fun inks out there now, there are many ways in making your project in an Ombre form. For my card, I used some distress inks and unfortunately, my blending did not really blend because I used a different blending tool that clearly did not do a good job. But you can get the picture. :)
I used the set of Puddles of Fun and the coordinating dies to create this scene. I stamped and heat embossed the rain drops before I sponged in the colors. The image was stamped and cut out to be popped up and the sentiment stamped directly onto the base. I finished the card with the fun YNS Stitched Puffy Clouds die.
Don't forget to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the awesome creations the DT has done. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

New Release Day and Blog Hop - The Cat's Pajamas Stamps
It has arrived! The May new release and blog hop for The Cat's Pajamas Stamps! I hope you all gathered some wonderful inspiration this week from all the sneaky peeks the Cat Pack shared. If you arrived here from the inspiring Cristena's blog, you are in the right place. If not, be sure to start HERE.
Today, I have two cards to share with you. The first one is using the new set of Henna Tattoos. This is such a gorgeous set and can be used for so many different projects to create some amazing backgrounds or even as the main focal image.
I started with stamping the image onto the card stock and heat embossing it in clear. I did brush away a part of the design so that it just blends out. Once embossed, I used my distress inks to sponge in the back ground and then spritzing with a little bit of water. I used the new Flutter By die to cut out a part on the left and heat embossing in black the sentiment. The card was finished with some of the new TCP Blue Moon hole-less sequins.
My second card is using the new set of Hay Neighbor. This is an adorable set and I love that it has this sentiment of Hay Neighbor! There are times you just kind of need such a sentiment for your neighbors. No? Just me? :) Well ok... I still love it.
I decided to create a little scene with the growing carrots and the giraffe which I thought paired perfectly with the sentiment. To create the ground, I used my distress inks to sponge the color and spritzed it with some water. I stamped the images and colored them in with Copics before finished it off with a sponging of the sky as well. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the "ground."
Be sure to hop of over to the ever talented Beata for more gorgeous creations! Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a fabulous week!

SCORE! Day 6 Sneaky Peeks - The Cat's Pajamas Stamps
SCORE!! It's day 6 of sneaky peeks with The Cat's Pajamas Stamps!! Just one more day and you can purchase all your favorites on your list that you made while peeking through the fabulous creations of the Cat Pack!
Today's sneak is featuring the new set of That's How I Roll and the new fun Spiral Pop Up die. There are so many fun things you can create with this die from butterflies floating to this bowling set, which is how I used it.
For the outside of the card, I also incorporated the new Flutter by die to create the "movement" of the ball in motion. I stamped the image directly onto the top layer and colored him in with Copics. The ball was colored and cut out using my 3/4" round punch and popped up with a foam pop up. Perfect size! For the inside:
You can see I have placed the spiral where I wanted to have all the images show. Before adding that, I stamped the sentiment onto the card and colored bits of it in with coordinating colors. It says, "It's not how you bowl It's how you roll." Once I placed and adhered down the spiral pop up, I stamped another ball and the pins to be cut out and placed throughout the spiral, ending with the falling pins. I finished both the inside and outside with a few yellow sequins. It makes for a fun card to send your recipient no matter what you make with the spiral.
Don't forget to leave a little love here or on my IG page for your chance to win a $10 gift certificate to the TCP Store! Day 4 Sneak Peeks - The Cat's Pajamas Stamps
It's day 4 of sneaky peeks with The Cat's Pajamas Stamps and today is Scripted Sentiments and the Birdcage die. I just LOVE, LOVE this stamp set and there are so many uses for these sentiments. I created a watercolor card to showcase the cage and the sentiment.
I really would just love to write like this and envy all the beautiful writing I see around. So, I am really grateful when I can just stamp the scripted writings and not worry about the ugliness my wrists seem to give when trying! LOL! But, I digress.... For the card, I started with a cold press watercolor paper and used some distress inks to watercolor the background. I cut out the birdcage in some black card stock which I glued over the watercolored background. The birds were cut out and popped on the outside of the cage. I thought about the realistic look of being on the inside, but that would be hypocritical of the sentiment. :) Outside they went. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the water color paper and finished with some hearts to coordinate with the yellow bird.
I hope you all have had a great time peeking in everyday to the TCP Blog and seeing all the amazing creations the Cat Pack have done. While you are peeking in, don't forget to be:

For my sneak today, I am sharing the new set of Folk Art Flowers, with the coordinating Cut Ups of Folklore Flowers, and Fluttering By.
How pretty is this stamp set? There is so much that can be done with this set and matching Cut Up. I used some papers from Doodlebug & Co for the background before using the Flutter By Cut Up to stage the look. The flower was stamped and cut out using the matching die to be popped up on the top panel. I used the butterflies from the Cut Up to complete the look and finished the card with a few of the new hole less sequins of Sherbet.

School's Out For The Summer - YNS Friday Challenge
Happy Friday!
It's a new YNS Friday Challenge and the theme is all about Summer or school being out for it. I don't know about you, but I am SO ready for Summer. We still have a little less than month left of school and in the heat of state/college testing that I am certainly feeling that end of the year drain.
My card I am sharing is using the fun and cute set of Waddles Beach Fun. When school is out, I immediately think of pool side or beach side enjoyment. For this card, it is pool side.
I used the YNS Scallop Stitched Rectangle die set to create the "pool" for Waddles. Using the same color card stock as the back panel, I used the Tiny Waves die for the water to layer over the basic white. I used some Distress Stains to create the sky and added a little for the water. Waddles was stamped, colored with Copics, and cut out using the coordinating die set. The scene was completed adding some Seas the Day gumdrops and a sun from the same stamp set coordinating dies. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the card base.
Thanks for stopping by today and hope you have a great weekend! Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fun creations by the DT.

Your Next Stamp May New Release
It's heeeerre! The May release for Your Next Stamp is ready for you to purchase and get all that you want on your list. I hope you were able to check out all the fun sneak peeks and ready to hop along to see more of what talents the YNS DT have to share.
My card today is featuring the new funny and cute set of Crazy Fun Shopping Carts. Oh my... how cute is this set?! I will admit that I had a grand idea for this image, but life unfortunately got in the way that I was unable to complete it. So, I settled for a CAS card.
I started with a caramel colored card stock with a white center strip down the middle which was cut at the top with the YNS Top it Off die for an added element. The shopping cart was stamped and colored in with Copics and cut out using the coordinated die before being popped up with some foam squares. I did draw in the smoke and fast lines for a look of it peeling out. : ) The card was finished using some Carrot Cake gumdrops.
As always, Karen has a generous discount to offer for this new release! 20% OFF your entire purchase!
Thanks for hopping in and hope you have a great rest of the week!

Your Next Stamp May Sneak Peek
Hi everyone!
Are you ready to see this months sneak peek from Your Next Stamp? This release is super fun and will have you giggling.
For my sneak, I am sharing with you a beautiful set being released called Beautiful Butterflies. I love the mini sentiments that accent the larger ones and are perfect for creating a project using butterflies, and even more so with this new Butterfly Panel die!
I used my Distress Inks to sponge in different colors to create the background before cutting out the panel die to layer on top. The butterfly images were stamped and colored with Copics to coordinate with the background colors and popped up using some foam squares. The card was finished with a thin black strip of card stock that the sentiment was heat embossed with some white detail embossing powder.
Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the awesome creations the DT have done! Check back tomorrow to see more of this fun release and to hop along for your chance at winning. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

TCPTUES357 - Move It!
Happy Tuesday!
Today is a new TCP Tuesday challenge and the Cat Pack have made some amazing projects to showcase the theme of Move it! This would be anything interactive you can incorporate into your project.
For my card, I am using the set of Stoked to create this fun card using a spring action element. (remember those?!) I didn't want the image to be too tall that I did carefully take the spring out of the base to trim it shorter and added it back to it's base before adhering it to the card.
Here is a closer look of the spring action part.
The base of the card was layered with some patterned paper I had in my scrap stash and used the Cloud and Balloon and Stitched Cloud Cut Ups to create the cloud scene. The Wave Cut Up was used with three different blue card stock from my scraps, layered and the middle one popped up with some foam tape. The spring element was added to the back of the image and then placed to the card once it was decided where. The card was then finished with the sentiment which was fishtailed and adhered to the center right.
We hope you join in on the challenge and add it to the link up for your chance to win! We'd love to see your creations. Thanks for stopping by and hope you have great Tuesday!
