Is definitely a friend with chocolate!!! Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed some good weather!
I thought I would start off the week with MFT's WSC on SCS.
I inked up another darling Pure Innocence stamp called Sending a Box of Love.
I colored in the image with my Copics and used October Afternoon's Thrift Shop dp for the panels. I cut out the image and popped it up on a MFT's Die-namic die. I also used the Hearts a plenty Die-namic die for the sentiment banner. I added a button with some bakers twine and for some quick stitching, I used my faux stitch stamp by Paper Studio. (I couldn't find my brown thread for my machine!) I finished up the inside to complete the sentiment and card...
Don't look too closely as I had some ink on my block apparently and when I stamped, I got some of that ink on the panel!! I hate that!! Well, when I send this card I will have to put another panel on top and restamp carefully!
Well.. I am off to prepare for a meeting I am running tonight with my husband's unit and get a few things ready for our house hunting trip this coming weekend!! We are certainly staying busy around this house!! Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a fabulous day!!

Call the Papers! Another Scrap Page!
Happy Sunday everyone!
I have made another scrap page for the record! This time is is a picture from the 2009 CHA Summer Convention in Orlando. That was such a fun time and crazy time too! That was the first convention of some changes, my husband landed in the hospital my second day there, and it was very quiet at the show! In any event, us MFT gals made the best of it and this was a picture we took on the last day.
Now, I am not sure what happened to this picture, but I didn't realize it was crooked until I downloaded it! I seem to be good at these crooked photos though! LOL! In this picture is Kim (The MFT Lady), me, Kirsten DuBosque, and Christy Beckwith (MFT Illustrator). I used on the journaling tag a sentiment from the set Hangin' with my Peeps and that is exactly the sentiment I used. I also used Bling Bet which I then added some crystals to and the Flower trio Die-namic from MFT. I finished it off with a scallop border also a Die-namic and some MFT Ribbon and wooden button. I had fun making this and hopefully this will end up on a wall! ; )
Have a great Sunday and thanks for stopping by!!
