Happy Thursday! It's time for this month Feature Day with Your Next Stamp. This months focus is on warm wishes. That is easy to do with the weather lately. I am tired of being cold so this was a nice to think of warm thoughts!
For my card, I am using the Warm Christmas Wishes set to create a little abstract style card using some Distress Inks and a Tim Holtz stencil.
I sponged over the stencil an area on the panel before popping up the images over that. The images were stamped and colored in with Copics and cut out. The sentiment was stamped at the top using only these two words from the stamp to leave out 'Christmas.' It was completed with a few gumdrops.
Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the wonderful creations the DT have put together. While you are there, don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to a stamp set of your choice! Thanks for stopping by!

The Cat's Pajamas - February New Release And Blog Hop
Happy Tuesday everyone!
It's time for the new release and blog hop for The Cat's Pajamas stamps! Weren't those sneak peeks this past week fabulous? The Kitty Cat Pack did a great job showcasing all the great sets and Cut Ups.
For my first card, I decided to do a little water coloring because, well, this set of Family Forever just screams to be watercolored! :) I just adore this set as it is so sweet and can be used for so many things from a new baby to just thinking about you. You can really find some great ways to use this set.
I used a baby blue cardstock base before layering it with the watercolored panel by Tim Holtz. I stamped the images and used my Akashiya Sai watercolor pens to color it in. The sentiment was stamped at the top and finished with a few rhinestones.
For my second card, I went a little bit outside the box. Ok, I went a lot outside the box. Using the new XO Cut Ups, I adhered them temporarily to the card base and then smearing some Deco Foil paste over it. I dried a little bit of it before I pulled off the cut outs and dried it some more. Then I placed some Deco Foil over it and ran it through my laminator.
I really liked how it turned out giving it a grungy look with a lot of shine. I kept the look simple and only added some hearts from the Big Family Words set.

For my card, I am using the sketch and the newly released set of Music Chicks.
Using some fun patterned paper from the YNS Birthday Girl collection, I paired that with the fun Fancy Loop die cut for an added element. The sentiment was stamped on the center panel before the images were popped up over that. I finished the card with some music notes placed throughout and some gumdrops.

The Cat's Pajamas Stamps - February New Release Sneaky Peeks
Happy Thursday!
It's is time for the February sneak peeks for The Cat's Pajamas Stamps. The Kitty Cat Pack have been busy creating to share with you this fun release on their designated day. Today is my day and I am excited to share with you two cards I have made.
For my first card, it is all about family. One of the major points of this release. After the most recent news, it means more to always be sure to hold your loved ones close and tell them you love them. Tomorrow is not promised. I am using the new set of Big Family Words and the new Cut Up of Home Sweet Home.
To create the image, I used my MISTI to place the words where I wanted. Of course, I wanted to place more, but an A2 card can only fit so many! :) The smaller images were used as fillers before cutting out the words with the Cut Up of Home Sweet Home. That cut out was then glued on top of some fun foam for dimension and placed over the same spot. The ink colors were from my Memento collection of colors and the card was finished with a few rhinestones.
For my second card, I couldn't help but make it CAS card to showcase this adorable cat. Not to mention he looks like how I felt this whole past week. :) This set of Home is Where The Cat Is is adorable and a perfect stamp addition for any cat lover.
How cute is this set?! I couldn't resist using the fishbone as the poor kitty is there with no energy to even eat his catch. I colored in the image with my Koh-I-Noor colored pencils, something I haven't done in quite some time. The bottom line was extended before I stamped the sentiment and added the cute little paw prints. For the thought bubble, once I placed the fishbone where I wanted it, I hand drew in the bubbles to mimic the style that is already in the set.
Are you In It To Win It? Leave a little love during the sneaky peeks and you could have a chance at winning a gift certificate to the TCP Store!
Thanks for stopping by and peeking in!! Have a great rest of the week.

Your Next Stamp February DT Dare
Happy Wednesday everyone!
It's that time of the month for the YNS DT Dare! This month's challenge is Layers. For my card, I am using the new release set of Star Friends. How cute are these two girls?
I made this card as an open window front so when the card is opened, the image is on the inside. Here is a closer look when the card is open:
I stamped the image and colored it in with Copics before cutting it out with the coordinating die. I then layered that cut out with the newly released Cool Tag Five die. The outside of the card was cut out using the Circle die set and the Circle Stitching Marks die set. I finished the card with some fun gumdrops and heat embossed at the bottom, the sentiment.
Don't forget to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fun creations by the DT and leave a little love while you are there. Your comment will be entered into a random drawing to win a stamp set of your choice! Thanks for stopping by!

Your Next Stamp February New Release and Blog Hop
Hi crafty friends! I hope you are having a good weekend so far. I am still trying to kick this flu to the curb but it just likes to hang out. In the meantime, I was able to knock out a card to share with you all for the blog hop. This whole release is full of Spring that I am ready for it!
I am using the new set called Music Chicks. This is super adorable, especially if music is your thing, like me, but really - who doesn't like music?
I stamped the images and colored them in Copics before cutting them out with the coordinating dies. I used the YNS Stitched Rectangles for the upper layer and some patterned paper for the bottom layer. The Fancy Loop Die was used for the top of the layer before stamping the sentiment in the center. I then popped up the images, one on the sentiment and the other on the bottom before finishing the card with some music notes.
As always, Karen has a fantastic sale for you all so that you can snatch up all your favorites at a fraction of the cost! 20% OFF your ENTIRE ORDER!
Don't forget to continue hopping and leave a little love along the way so that you may have a chance at winning a YNS Store Gift Certificate! Thanks for hopping in!
February Sneak Peek - Your Next Stamp
Hello everyone! It's sneaky peek time over at YNS! I hope you all are well and healthy. I was lucky enough to be the next recipient of the flu, so I have spent my days trying to recover. But I certainly didn't want you to miss out on seeing a sneak peek of one of the darling new stamp sets YNS is releasing!
For my card, I am using the new set called Spring Treats. This is a perfect set to use on tags, treat giving, or just a card.
For my card, I paired the image with the new Window Panel Die to create this scene with the YNS Stitched Grass, Stitched Butterfly, and Stitched Puffy Cloud dies. The images were stamped and colored in with Copics before being popped up for dimension along the grass. The butterfly was placed at the top with the clouds and the card was finished with the sentiment across the center.
Don't forget to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the sneak peeks from the DT and begin making your list. Then come back tonight for the Blog Hop and new releases! Thanks for popping in and hope you have a healthy weekend!

Friday Sketch Challenge - Your Next Stamp
Happy Fri-yay!!
We've made it another week folks! The weekend is here! :) I hope you all have a warmer weekend ahead. Where I am it will be cold and unfortunately, my son has a game outside in the cold, so I will just be a popsicle this weekend. In the meantime, it is another challenge on the Your Next Stamp challenge blog and you can stay warm crafting using either the sketch or color challenge.
For my card, I am using the sketch and the beautiful Whatnot Sentiment Four set paired with the Key to my Heart die.
I used some patterned paper I have had in my stash forever for the background before adding the die cutouts on the top panel. The middle panel is some glitter paper which I also used for the key. The heart is one cut out using a die set from Spellbinders and I popped it up adding the keyhole to the center. I popped up the key over the heart and completed the card with the sentiment at the bottom. Some metal embellishments and a mini heart were added to complete the look.
Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fun creations the DT have put together. We hope you play along and link up your creation for your chance to win a YNS Gift Certificate! Thanks for stopping by and hope you all have a great weekend!
