Happy Friday!
2018 is quickly coming to an end! I cannot believe how fast this year flew, but I know that 2019 has many wonderful things in store. As this year closes, YNS is posted it's final challenge for the year that will run until mid-January. It's Anything Goes and perfect for, well anything you can think of using anything in your YNS stash.
For my project, I find myself needing and loving to make tags for the holidays. I decided to make a few using various stamps and dies.
The main focus stamp sets I used was the Merry Everything and Simply Circles. I cut out a few tags using the Cool Tags 4 set and stamped each one in a different color combination. I love the pop of black against the different colors that I used black card stock for the Bow-tiful Bows die cut outs. I then used the Merry die for two of the tags. One tag I decided to use some YNS Holiday Joy paper to make the bow. The gray and red combination is not my favorite like I thought it would be, as it reminded me too much of Micky Mouse or some sort of Disney. No offense to you Disney lovers! :)
The tags were finished with a few various gumdrops for some added sparkle.
Be sure to check out all the fun creations by the DT over on the YNS Blog. Thank you for stopping by and I wish you all a safe and wonderful holiday season! Here's to a crafty 2019.

Your Next Stamp - The 12 Days of Christmas - Gift Giving
Hello everyone!
Today is day 10 of the Your Next Stamp's The 12 Days of Christmas where the design team is creating different projects for gift giving. I have created a treat box that is perfect for giving little treats or presents, paired with a fun tag.
This project is using the YNS Mini Popcorn box die and the Holiday Postage stamp set. This is the front view of the completed project.
I love making Muddie Buddies during the holidays and they don't last long around my house. There something magical putting Rice Chex, chocolate chips and peanut butter together covered in powdered sugar. To start in making my treat holder for it, I used some YNS Holiday Joy paper which I lined with some food grade glassine. You could use some wax paper or freezer paper too, but I just happened to have some glassine treat bags. I glued the paper to the outside and cut it out with the popcorn box. For this mini one, you need to cut out two sets to put it together. Once you put the box together, you will now have a lined box ready to add some treats.
The tag was made using the Stitched Scallop Rectangle die and decorated using the Holiday Postage stamp set. I stamped the holly onto the tag and stamped it again on some cardstock to color with my Copics. That was cut out and popped up over the stamped image on the tag. The sentiments were stamped directly onto the tag. The treat box was then put into another bag and tied with ribbon and the tag, ready for gift giving!
Here is a side view of the bag:
I hope I was able to help with a little gift giving inspiration this season using some of your YNS dies and stamp sets. Thanks so much for stopping by and to see more of the other projects, be sure to head over to the YNS Blog. Have a great week!
