Happy Monday everyone!
Today is Feature Day over at Your Next Stamp and this months theme for the DT is Furry Friends. There are so many super cute furry friends in the YNS Store that it was a little hard to pick which one you wanted to use. But I settled on the fun set of Coffee...Right Meow! This is one of my favorite sets with perfect sentiments for the coffee lover.
To create the background, I used the Coffee Rings set before stamping the image coloring it in with Copics. Once that was complete, I popped it up over the card base and finished it with the sentiments and coffee "drips."
Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fun creations the DT have made and don't forget to leave a little love. A random comment will be picked to win a stamp set of their choice! Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a great day!

Your Next Stamp Friday Fun Challenge - Best Friends
Happy Friday!
It's time for another Friday Challenge with Your Next Stamp! There are two challenges you can choose from to play along - a sketch or color challenge. Or you could do both!
For my card, I am using the sketch and the newly released set of Whatnot Sentiments Eleven. I love this set as it covers a variety of different things you may want to say. Options are good is what I say! :)
This a super fun sketch to use some of your smaller scraps of either plain cardstock or patterned paper. I decided to stamp the background of the top panel with the Lots of Dots border stamp before cutting out some layers on top of that with the Stitched Rectangles die. The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed before layering that with some patterned paper scraps I had for the circles. The card was completed with some fun frosted fun gumdrops.
We'd love for you to play along and link up your project to the YNS Challenge blog for your chance to win a YNS store gift certificate! Who wouldn't love that? Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a fab weekend!

Your Next Stamp January DT Dare
It's time for this month DT Dare and it's all about showing the LOVE!! The design team has put together awesome creations using some of the fun, love filled new releases to share.
For my project, I decided to use the new 3x3 Heart Panel die to make a few Valentines with the Silly Love Monsters as the focus.
Aren't these guys just so much fun? They are perfect to make some cute Valentines in any color variation or for any gender. I stamped and colored in the image with Copic before using the coordinating die set to cut out the images. The sentiment was placed in the space on the panel before popping up the image. On 2 of the Valentines, I did not pop out all the cut outs for a different variation and finished them by adding a piece of candy on them. There is plenty of space on the back to write a little something to the recipient.
Now I need to find a home for these guys since my kids are past the age of giving Valentines. However, they are never too old to receive them! :) Don't forget to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fun creations. Don't forget to leave a comment there to have a chance at winning a stamp set of your choice! Thanks so much for stopping by!

January New Release - Your Next Stamp
It has arrived! The January new release for Your Next Stamp! I hope you all got a chance to peek at some of the new sets being released and you are ready to hop and shop!
For my first card, I am using the super darling set of Silly Love Monsters and the coordinating die set.
How cute are these guys? These make for perfect Valentines and a simple love card as well. I used the Hugs and Kisses paper collection from YNS for the patterned paper and the Stitched Rectangles die set for the layers. I stamped and colored in the image with Copics before cutting them out and popping them up on the card. I then finished it with some fun gumdrops for added sparkle.
My second card is using another adorable set called Penguin Love. It just makes you go "awww..." :)
Again, using paper from the Hugs and Kisses collection, I added that as the background layer before adding in the InstaLove frame to place the image in. The image was stamped and colored in with Copics before cutting it out with the coordinating die and popped up on the inside of the frame. I used my decorative scissors to cut along the bottom for a wavy look and finished the card with some ribbon and gumdrops.
As always, Karen has a fabulous sale for you all to enjoy and grab all your favorites! You cannot pass up 20% off your entire order! Be sure to keep hopping along and leave a little love along the way so that you may have a chance at winning a $25 gift certificate to the YNS Store!
Thanks for hopping in!
Sneaky Peek - January Release Your Next Stamp
The holidays are over and now we continue with our regularly scheduled program of new releases!! :) It's time for the sneaky peeks of Your Next Stamp's January release. This release is full of love and many ideas to be used in creating some super fun Valentines.
For my two cards, I am using the new Whatnot Sentiments Eleven set. This is such a fun set! I love sentiment sets and this was no exception to add to my collection.
I just love this line! LOL... I know a few people who this applies to and luckily, one of them is not me! I just don't nap. But if I did, I would certainly fall into this category. The sentiment is combined with the Irish Fun Die set and placed over a piece from the Ripped Rectangles die. I then heat embossed the sentiment in white and popped up the beer glasses.
For my second card, I also used the new String Hearts die to coordinate with this sentiment.
I embossed the top panel in two sections leaving the center smooth. I stamped the sentiment and added the string hearts above it. The heart cutouts from that die were used to place throughout the card and I added a small strip of grey cardstock below it and a piece of red off to the side.
Be sure to stop by the YNS Blog to see all the fabulous creations the DT have put together for this peek. And don't forget to come by again tonight for our Blog Hop and new release. Not to mention your time to shop and get your favorites before they sell out! Thanks for popping in and hope you have a great day!

Time Wasted - The Cat's Pajamas TCPTUES342
Happy Tuesday everyone!
It is time for another super fun TCP Challenge! You have one more week to create something to link up for your chance to win a TCP Gift Certificate. This challenge is about making a scene. I LOVE making scene cards, albeit not always perfect or what is in my head, but I love it nonetheless. :)
For my card, I am using the new release of Time Out to create this slider card.
Here is it in action:
First, I will address the elephant here... That sentiment. Ugh... This was one of those creations you put together and then realized you didn't put your sentiment on. So you try to stamp it over the foam tape you have going on underneath and still manage to do ok but not ok enough. hahaha! If you look past that, you will see a fun slider card using the fun TCP Slider Cut Up. For the bottom border, I used the Cloud and Balloon Cut-Ups and for cloud accents, the Stitched Clouds. I created this card for bunny to come out from the clouds to prove that you should waste time wisely. :) This is a CAS slider card that is actually quite easy and fast to make. I finished the card with some rhinestones for added bling.
Be sure to stop by the TCP Blog to see the other fab creations some of the Cat Pack put together. And don't forget to link up your awesome creation to have a chance to win! Thanks for stopping by!

Pure Joy - YNS Friday Challenge
Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a safe and fun New Year. If you are on the East Coast like me, well, we had and are still having a very cold start to 2018. For those of you on the West Coast where I am originally from, please send some warmth! :)
The YNS DT is back with our Friday challenges and this first sketch challenge of the year is really fun and the colors are fantastic! For my card, I am using Waddles Rainbow Fun which is such a happy set. But then again, anything Waddles is a happy set!
I used some YNS Birthday Girl patterned paper for the background and cut out some white cardstock with the Circles with stitching and piercings die to stamp the rainbow on. Waddles was colored in with Copics and fussy cut out to be popped up as if he was sliding down the rainbow. The clouds were cut out using the Rainbow Fun die set and were popped up as well. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the cardstock and the card was finished with some Hearts and Dots gumdrops and yellow twine.
Don't forget to stop by the YNS Blog to see the other wonderful DT creations. We hope you play along and upload your creation on the challenge blog for your chance to win! Thanks for stopping by and hope you all stay warm!
